Our versatile team works closely with external partners to launch innovative insurance programs and collaborates internally to advocate for partner and client experience. We think strategically and align our initiatives to support Co-operators’ business goals.
The Associate Partnership Marketing Specialist role is responsible for supporting ongoing partnership marketing programs, applying skills in content creation and strategy. Working closely with our partnerships team, this role is extremely collaborative. The marketing specialist is also responsible for managing our “house” brand, Duuo by Co-operators, along with executing events, sponsorship opportunities, and incentive programs.
How you will create impact:
- Support, execute, and monitor the effectiveness of partnership marketing programs. This includes developing decks, marketing material, copy, onboarding/training materials, and more for new and existing insurance partners. This also includes making and applying recommendations based on research, client input to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of marketing programs.
- Work closely with the partner account manager to manage and monitor ongoing partner programs
- Manage partnership marketing activities - events, webinars, content updates, etc. and manage designated budget.
- Lead creative + website work for our brand, Duuo by Co-operators. This includes creating new website pages, updating copy, managing the branding, and working closely with our agency to ensure design a website updates are made in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the Brand Manager, Marketing Specialist, and Partnership teams to ensure effective integration of new marketing initiatives into campaign scheduling to achieve maximum awareness in the marketplace.
- Organize and document processes and procedures across functional teams.

To join our team:
- You have a university degree in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
- You have 2-3 years of related experience in a marketing/insurance environment to understand the intricacies of partnership marketing, product marketing, content creation, and marketing analytics.
- You have experience working in a B2B marketing/technology.
- Experience with Figma and Salesforce Marketing Cloud is an asset.
- You have experience planning events or webinars.
- You’re flexible and ready to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Expected salary range $50,280 - $83,800
The salary amount for the successful candidate is determined by Co-operators in its discretion and will vary depending on several criteria including but not limited to: local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualification, experience and education.
Employees may also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn additional compensation tied to individual and/or business performance, or other business metrics.
