As an Associate Market Manager in the Market Management team within the B2B division, you will help ensure that global travelers always find the most suitable property for their dream trip, while enabling hotel partners to tap into Expedia Group’s global traveler demand. This is a great opportunity to build your commercial skills in a fast-paced, travel‑tech environment where your work has direct, visible impact on partners and travelers.

In this role, you will

  • Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with hotel and lodging partners, using data insights and consultative advice (for example on revenue management and merchandising) to drive mutual growth.
  • Optimize partners’ performance on Expedia Group sites by improving content, rates, availability, and promotions to maximize traveler conversion.
  • Secure competitive rates, availability, and seasonal deals during high-demand and compression periods to meet traveler needs and support brand marketing campaigns.
  • Drive adoption of Expedia Group tools and programs, including revenue management tools, partner reports, marketing and media opportunities, and self-service platforms.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and market trends, taking action with partners to address gaps, test new opportunities, and improve traveler experience.
  • Travel within your territory (0–20%) to meet partners in person, strengthen relationships, and identify new opportunities.

Experience and qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, partner/client success, consultative sales, or a related commercial role.
  • Proficient in English, with the ability to present ideas, recommendations, and data-driven insights clearly and persuasively to external partners.
  • You are passionate about travel and comfortable working in a fast-changing, technology-driven, and data-informed environment.
  • You build strong relationships, collaborate effectively with diverse teams, and follow through to deliver results even in challenging situations.
  • You bring strong analytical skills to interpret market trends, partner performance, and competitive data, translating insights into clear actions for partners.
  • You demonstrate a growth mindset, are eager to learn, and actively use feedback and self-learning to continually improve your impact in the role.
