The Enterprise Change Enablement team supports Definity in delivering and sustaining enterprise‑wide change through a consistent, people‑centred approach to transformation. We are seeking an Associate, Enterprise Change Enablement (12 Month Contract) to partner with leaders and key stakeholders to build change capability, drive adoption, and ensure new processes, technologies, and ways of working are successfully embedded to achieve lasting business outcomes.
What to expect
- Develop the change management roadmap for HR for 2026/2027 including the technology changes to be implemented in Oracle. This includes:
- Supporting the preparation of presentations for program meetings
- Support with delivering on employee readiness, engagement activities and go-live events
- Point of contact for handling common inquiries on a program
- Help in organizing team artifacts to improve the overall stakeholder experience
- Design and execute feedback surveys to assess effectiveness of a program
- Design of learning and/or communication materials.
- Support the change management for integration-related activities including setting up and facilitating leader and employee information sessions, as required.
- Through participation in regular Enterprise Change Enablement Office meetings, bring forward business unit knowledge, escalate issues, share lessons learned, and assess future ways of working to improve our organization wide offering.
- Deliver change enablement support to other projects as assigned.
What you bring
- 3 – 5 years of related professional experience in change management or a similar discipline
- Expertise and experience in change management principles, methodologies and organizational communication.
- Experience providing project management support
- Highly energetic, delivery focused mindset with a demonstrated ability to deliver quality results.
- Proficient in using Powerpoint to create compelling stories and/or effectively communicate information.
- Strong communication and influencing skills to help the organization adopt new ways of thinking and to embrace more sophisticated business tools.
- Positive, collaborative approach with the ability to lead and influence when issues arise.
- Ability to identify, articulate and drive issues to resolution.
- Experience working with Agile teams is an asset.
- PROSCI certification is an asset.
- Knowledge of the P&C insurance industry is an asset.
Salary Range: $59,300 - $109,200
