Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Delivery 

Lead end-to-end project management for multiple complex and high-value engagements.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Establish and enforce best practices, methodologies, and quality standards across projects.
Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Client & Stakeholder Management 

Serve as a senior point of contact for key clients and stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Translate client needs into actionable project plans and deliverables.
 

Team Leadership & Development 

Manage, mentor, and develop a team of project managers and project associates.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and support career development.
Allocate resources effectively across projects.

Operational Excellence 

Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability within the Axio business unit.
Implement and monitor KPIs to track project performance and team productivity.
Ensure compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
Leverage tools and systems to optimize project tracking and reporting.

Strategic Contribution 

Collaborate with senior leadership to align project execution with business strategy.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve service offerings and delivery models.
Support growth initiatives, including new client onboarding and expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

Education & Experience 

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred.
8–12+ years of experience in project management, ideally with some managerial experience.
Proven experience managing large, multi-project portfolios.
 

Skills & Competencies 

Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Deep understanding of project management methodologies.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Financial acumen, including budgeting and forecasting.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications 

Experience in data management, clinical trials, analytics, or DMC-related services.
Exposure to global project delivery environments.
