Your role:
Baxter’s US Hospital Products (USHP) business unit is seeking a high energy, motivated individual to manage and grow our US Pharmaceutical business
You will have P&L responsibility for developing/executing and executing on commercial plans, in a highly collaborative environment, working with National Accounts, IDN’s, Field Sales and other cross functional leaders/teams
What You'll Be Doing:
Managing P&L for Pharmaceutical business, provide short- and long-term market forecasts/reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market/financial data.
Identify short- and long-term goals, market research, sales data and competitive analysis
Develop marketing plans/programs for each product category by segment, audience, opportunity size (revenue) for the US region
Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Field Sales to monitor business performance/achieving annual sales goals
Analyze data on consistent basis to track key end-user demand, wholesalers and distributor sales; assess other market forces, e.g. competition and product capacity; identify/leverages data to enhance sales transactions, contracts and deal management within GPOs, IDN’s and hospitals; identify adjacent and new markets to grow the US Pharmaceutical business
Manage/grow the existing digital marketing initiatives for the Pharmaceutical portfolio, including all aspects of downstream customer-facing digital marketing engagement, measurement, and capability expansion
What You'll Bring:
BS/BA required with 4+ years’ experience in marketing (Medical Device and/or Pharma preferred)
Strong background in forecasting, finance and/or statistics
Solid strategic planning abilities and business acumen
Track record in leading projects to successful completion.
Ability to collect and analyze data from a variety of sources to make business decisions
Ability to develop and execute marketing plans
Background in strategic marketing, business development and program development helpful. Solid ability to translate market trends and customer needs into effective promotion
We understand that compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated salary range for this position is $182,400.00 - $232,400.00 CAD annually, which reflects base salary as well as estimated target payout under the Management Incentive Compensation Plan. Individual pay will be determined based upon skills, expertise and experience, and the incentive, which is contingent upon company and individual performance outcomes.
