  • Support CRM strategy and operational needs for HCP Engagement Operations.

  • Serve as SME for cross-system and cross-vendor data integration initiatives.

  • Participate in team huddles to identify process gaps and support continuous improvement.

  • Partner with stakeholders to develop tools, dashboards, reporting, and process enhancements.

  • Manage competing priorities through clear communication, expectation setting, and time allocation.

  • Execute all responsibilities in a compliant manner and assist in developing and updating procedures and policies.

  • Build strong partnerships with Marketing, Sales, Compliance, and other cross-functional teams.

  • Ensure relevant team members are aligned and engaged at key project stages.

You will need to have:

  • Expertise in data manipulation, harmonization, and integration for analytics.

  • Experience in usercentric dashboard design and development.

  • Experience creating mockups, markups, and proofofconcept models.

  • Ability to travel <10%.

  • Fluency in written and spoken English.

  • Ability to work in an office environment with typical requirements (computer use, communication, problem solving, collaboration).

We would prefer you to have:

  • Bachelors degree in data science or an advanced degree (MBA/PhD) in Marketing, Market Research, or Statistics.
