Associate Director, Global Development Quality Management (GCP)

A Typical Day:

• Lead and manage quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Develop and implement quality management systems and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues.
• Analyze data and generate reports to track quality performance and trends.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on quality management best practices.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to align quality objectives with business goals.

To Be Considered:

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field, coupled with at least 5 years of experience in a quality management role. Certification in quality management (such as Six Sigma or ISO 9001) is preferred. Familiarity with quality management software and tools is a plus.
