Lead concept development and art direction for social-first, culturally resonant campaigns. Build integrated campaign platforms, mentor junior creatives, collaborate with strategy/production, present ideas to clients, and ensure creative vision is executed from brief through delivery.
Who We Are
Hi! We’re AntiSocial, a social-first digital marketing agency powered by people who love to create. Our work spans industries and disciplines, from conceptual campaigns and strategic media plans to creator partnerships, influencer strategies, and content production for leading brands around the world. As part of the Thinkingbox family, we bring creativity, collaboration, and innovation to everything we do. At AntiSocial, you’ll join a diverse and talented team that delivers bold campaigns and innovative solutions for some of the world’s top brands. Our culture is one of collaboration, creativity, and connection. Whether it’s brainstorming with colleagues, hanging out with our office dogs, or enjoying monthly events, we keep our work environment vibrant, inclusive, and fun.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for an Associate Creative Director who lives at the intersection of culture, craft, and big ideas. We’re looking for a conceptual thinker first: someone who leads with ideation, builds campaign platforms (not just assets), and understands how to create work that earns attention in a social-first world.
You’ll help shape breakthrough, culturally resonant campaigns with social at the core. You know how to turn insights into ideas, ideas into movements, and movements into measurable impact. You’ll partner closely with Creative Directors to push the standard of our work, mentor rising talent, and bring bold, culturally sharp thinking to every brief.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead concept development from brief to big campaign platform, driving ideation sessions that produce culturally relevant, conversation-starting work.
- Build integrated, social-first campaigns designed to live natively in feeds, stories, and communities, not retrofitted for them.
- Provide strong art direction and visual leadership across touchpoints, ensuring every execution ladders up to a powerful central idea.
- Collaborate closely with writers, strategists, producers, and client partners to bring insight-driven creative to life.
- Confidently present and sell brave ideas, articulating the strategic rationale behind the work.
- Partner with production teams to protect and elevate the creative vision from shoot through final delivery.
- Mentor and inspire junior and mid-level creatives, raising the bar for both craft and conceptual rigor.
- Stay deeply plugged into culture and internet behavior, bringing fresh, relevant thinking to every project.
What You’ll Bring
- 6 to 8 years of agency experience with a portfolio packed with social-first, campaign-driven work that proves you think beyond the asset.
- A conceptual, ideation-first mindset with the ability to build platforms, not just posts.
- A strong campaign mentality and experience architecting big, integrated ideas rooted in social.
- Cultural fluency, chronically online and instinctively aware of how brands earn attention today.
- Strong visual taste and art direction craft that elevates the idea rather than replaces it.
- Proven ability to mentor and inspire teams while raising the creative bar.
- Confidence presenting and selling bold work with clarity and strategic conviction.
- Production awareness and the ability to translate ambitious ideas into real-world execution without losing impact.
