Ready to move from FP&A into consulting?

Join our Workday Adaptive Planning consulting team and help organizations transform how they plan, forecast, report, and make decisions.

This role is designed for finance professionals who are ready for more variety, broader business exposure, and faster career growth. Instead of supporting the same planning cycles year after year, you'll work with clients across industries, solve a wide range of business challenges, and see firsthand how leading organizations approach planning and performance management. One project might focus on workforce planning, the next on executive reporting, and the next on helping a finance team transform how they plan, forecast, and make decisions.

Consulting offers a unique opportunity to accelerate your growth by exposing you to different organizations, leadership teams, planning challenges, and transformation initiatives. Through formal training, certification, mentorship, and hands-on project experience, you'll build expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning while developing the consulting and client-facing skills needed to broaden your impact and advance your career.

If you're ready to move beyond maintaining plans and reports and start helping organizations transform how they run their business, we'd love to hear from you. Join us and turn your finance expertise into a consulting career.

What We're Looking For

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, MIS, or a related field.

  • 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, Finance, Accounting, Business Analysis, or Financial Systems.

  • Strong Excel, financial modeling, analytical, and communication skills.

  • A desire to grow from finance into a client-facing consulting role.

Preferred

  • Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or similar planning solutions.

  • Exposure to finance transformation, systems implementation, or process improvement projects.

  • Consulting or professional services experience.
