About The Role

As an Associate Consultant, you'll work across our Management Consulting, Project Management, Design and Technology teams, supporting senior team members while you build your experience. You'll help clients solve business problems through smart, intuitive, human-centred experiences, including tapping into the potential of AI. You'll also use digital and AI tools in your own day-to-day work.

What You’ll Do

  •     Help create digital and AI-enabled solutions for clients across a range of industries
  •     Build your expertise as a thought leader in design, technology and AI
  •     Support the team in understanding client business challenges and goals, including where digital and AI can make a difference
  •     Work with Design and Technology teams to create great user experiences
  •     Research clients through interviews on their business processes and competitive positioning, using digital and AI tools to help gather and synthesize findings
  •     Take part in design thinking and technology architecture workshops
  •     Prepare presentations, documentation and proposal responses

Qualifications

  •     A passion for, and understanding of, excellent user experiences and technology
  •     Curiosity about AI and comfort using AI tools to support your work
  •     Strong writing and communication skills
  •     A desire to stay current on digital and technology trends, especially AI
  •     Strong problem-solving skills
  •     Self-motivation and a collaborative approach
  •     Comfort presenting and public speaking (an asset)

The estimated compensation for this position is $70,000 to $78,000. This is an estimate and a compensation offer will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities and alignment with market data.
