Responsibilities:

  • Investigate claims and determine coverage under a customer’s policy
  • Inform and educate customers about the claims process
  • Process claims payments and ensure accurate information is captured within our claims system
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to our customers and brokers

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of customer service experience is required
  • Undergraduate or post-secondary degree is required
  • Insurance industry experience, call center experience, or experience within a brokerage setting is preferred
  • Actively pursuing your CIP designation is preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Able to multi-task between a variety of responsibilities, projects, and deadlines
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Permanent, Full-Time

Hybrid: This is a hybrid role that includes the flexibility to work remotely 3 days per week and in-person in our Cambridge facility 2 days per week (Wednesday and Thursday).
