What you will do

  • Understand the needs of our Commercial teams and Customers and incorporate these into the continuous improvement of kit/demo procurement and product lifecycle management (PLCM) in a manner that adds value for all groups

  • Implement tools and process improvements to drive standardization of best practices across the organization regarding product lifecycle management and CERs

  • Drive net requirements accuracy by creating a robust forecast, completing monthly reconciliations of the forecast, and providing alignment of requested ship dates

  • Analyze Capital Expenditure Requests and make recommendations on purchasing new stock or redeployment of existing excess inventory

  • Work closely with Commercial and Operational teams as a cross-functional expert and project manager for phaseout execution and delivery of CERs through the supply chain

  • Lead the management of financial budgets related to the new kit builds and demo additions and completed required documentation for financial month-end close

  • Summarize and reconcile inventory records within the ERP system to provide regular updates on PLCM initiatives for portfolios

  • Provide insights and summaries, or perform root cause analysis, corrective action planning, and troubleshooting duties for PLCM and Kitting activities relative to financial budgets

What you need

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, finance, business, or accounting

  • Excel and PowerBI skills and experience manipulating high volumes of data in databases such as ACCESS, SQL. ERP experience such as Oracle

Preferred:

  • APICS (CPIM) or other Supply Chain designation

  • Medical device or hospital industry experience

  • Experience explaining financial concepts to diverse audiences

  • Critical thinking and analytical abilities to solve complex problems

  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration

  • Proven experience influencing stakeholders and achieving consensus across teams.
