The Opportunity

The Associate AI Enablement Developer is a highly technical role with significant business exposure, responsible for accelerating AI adoption across Euna Solutions. Sitting within the AI Engineering & Enablement team and working closely with the VP of AI, this position requires deep technical expertise combined with the ability to engage, influence, and support non-technical stakeholders across the organization. A key focus will be supporting the enterprise-wide rollout of AI tools and the deployment and continued development of our N8N automation platform, ensuring successful adoption and maximizing value across all departments. This role offers exceptional visibility, partnering with teams across both technology and business functions to drive operational efficiencies and foster a culture of AI-driven innovation throughout the organization.

What You'll do:

  • Support the enterprise rollout of AI tools, including user onboarding, training, and adoption initiatives across all business units
  • Lead the deployment, administration, and ongoing development of the N8N automation platform
  • Design, develop, and maintain N8N workflow automations to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
  • Build and deploy MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers to integrate internal applications with our central company knowledge base
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Deliver AI enablement training and upskilling programs to help employees adopt AI tools and build their own automations
  • Collaborate closely with the AI Engineering team to align enablement initiatives with broader AI strategy and infrastructure
  • Document automation patterns, integration architectures, and best practices to create a scalable enablement framework
  • Measure and report on the impact of AI initiatives, including time savings, efficiency gains, and adoption metrics

What you bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in automation engineering, solutions engineering, or a similar technical enablement role
  • Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms (N8N, Zapier, Power Automate, or similar)
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar)
  • Experience building APIs, integrations, or working with RESTful services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholder relationships across both technical and business teams

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with enterprise AI platform rollouts or change management initiatives
  • Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI application development
  • Experience with MCP server development or similar integration frameworks
  • Background in enterprise SaaS, government technology, or procurement software
  • Experience delivering technical training or enablement programs
  • Knowledge of enterprise systems such as Salesforce, SharePoint, or Atlassian products

Location:
This position will be hybrid with 3 days/week in our Oakville, ON office. 

Compensation Range: $81,500 - $101,500
