Associate Account Manager, Paid Social

Position Overview:

The Associate Account Manager - Paid Social is responsible for managing and executing paid social media campaigns via multiple social channels. In this role you will be responsible for helping grow multiple brands through paid execution, monitoring performance, making campaign optimizations, and reporting on results. You will be an integral part of the paid social process, working with multiple teams, both internally and externally. You will be a team player, who is highly organized, pays attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage paid social marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok) for Fortune 1000 clients
  • Manage and execute strategic social marketing plans that meet client’s goals
  • Demonstrate how to pull and organize campaign data effectively
  • Understand strategic differences between campaigns and set-up
  • Present and gain approval on campaign tactics
  • Forecast, generate and maximize performance opportunities with social and planning team
  • Monitor, track, evaluate and optimize campaign performance to maximize client investment
  • Assist with the billing process through financial inputting and reconciliation
  • Maintain positive relationships, expectations and communications with the assistance of internal resources
  • Build on an existing level of social marketing expertise and develop a reputation for innovation and efficiency
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in social marketing, digital marketing as well as consumer behaviour and recommend improvements to accounts

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant college certificate
  • Minimum of one (1) year of paid social experience and/or digital marketing account management
  • Experience using social biddable platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok)
  • Experience building, monitoring, and optimizing full funnel paid social campaigns
  • High level of attention to detail and the ability to handle and prioritize multiple accounts
  • Ability to interact in a professional manner and deal with interagency teams, creative agencies, and vendors face-to-face
  • High level of technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with analytical tools
  • Technical and analytical mindset
  • Experience with Prisma a desirable asset
