What You will do:
• Lead ASIC Projects from initial concept to working silicon, ensuring timely delivery that meets defined scope and budget constraints.
• Strategically plan, schedule, allocate resources and manage risks to ensure all project activities are executed efficiently and effectively.
• Foster strong relationships with system groups, design, verification, integration, and production engineering teams to ensure seamless project execution and integration of ASICs.
• Serve as the main point of contact for all project stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and suppliers, ensuring clear communication and goal alignment.
• Create and maintain advanced project plans, status reports, and presentations, keeping stakeholders and senior management informed on progress and developments.
• Proactively identify potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimise the impact on project timelines and deliverables.
• Champion the enhancement of project management processes and practices, leveraging lessons learned and best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
What You will bring:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field, providing a strong foundation in relevant technical principles.
• Several years of proven experience in project management, with a concentrated focus on ASIC development and delivery.
• Demonstrated success in managing large, complex ASIC projects, showcasing the ability to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
• Understanding ASIC technology, encompassing systemization, design, verification, validation, and production processes, enables effective project oversight.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with a solid ability to organize teams and communicate effectively across diverse groups of stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail ensure thoroughness in project execution and management.
• Prior experience in the mobile network equipment industry is highly desirable, as it provides valuable insights into industry-specific challenges and requirements.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is advantageous, reflecting a commitment to industry standards and best practices.

Your Pay
The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
The salary range for this position is $170,000 to $255,000

Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan (STV ): Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.
