The AR Platform team is looking for an AR Platform Content Specialist to help facilitate the development, adoption and growth of AR content outside of Snapchat. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital content management and production, along with a general understanding of Augmented Reality or familiarity with Snapchat Lenses.

What you’ll do:

  • Establish and maintain a schedule of current and upcoming AR content launches

  • Provide AR content guidance and support to both external and internal stakeholders

  • Assist with writing and maintaining relevant AR content documentation and processes 

  • Work closely with internal cross-functional teams to ensure partner content launches are executed on time

  • Work closely with external development studios on the production and delivery of AR content 

Knowledge Skills & Abilities:

  • Familiarity with Augmented Reality production or development (Lens Studio preferred)

  • Ability to catalog and triage issues, partner requests and product gaps

  • Ability to capture detailed notes and transcribe action items into tracked tasks

  • Familiarity with project management processes and relevant tools including: JIRA, Asana, G-Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in digital content management or production

  • Sharp attention to detail; including spelling of English language, and grammar

  • Great problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset

  • General understanding of digital content workflows and pipelines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to build and publish AR content demos or prototypes (Lenses)

  • Ability to create or generate creative mock-ups or graphic assets

  • Understanding of Content Management workflows and processes

  • Ability to document and track multiple partner content streams simultaneously

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):

The base salary range for this position is $86,000-$129,000 annually.


 

Zone B:

The base salary range for this position is $82,000-$122,000 annually.

Zone C:

The base salary range for this position is $73,000-$110,000 annually.

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
