PED 3545: Éducation au cycle préparatoire
Étude de modèles et d'approches en éducation au cycle préparatoire. Étude du développement de l'enfant et transitions vers la vie scolaire. Analyse des rapports entre les différents groupes d'intervenants (famille, milieu de garde et école). Examen des politiques, du curriculum et des approches éducatives favorisant le développement de l’enfant en contexte minoritaire pluriel.
Veuillez noter que le cours est offert au campus de Toronto et non à Ottawa, et qu'il est enseigné en mode hybride présentiel, alternant apprentissage en personne et à distance.

Exigences minimales:

- Maîtrise en éducation; La préférence sera donnée à un doctorat en éducation portant sur la gestion de classe et différentiation pédagogique requise.

- Au moins un parmi :

  • Expérience récente en enseignement à temps plein dans une école ou en administration au sein d'un conseil scolaire incluant deux ans de mise en oeuvre du curriculum de l'Ontario au cycle p/m avec une qualification spécialiste au cycle p/m.

  • Dossier de recherche actuel et arbitré dans la matière du cours à enseigner.

  • Examen de synthèse (Ph.D.) récent dans la matière du cours à enseigner.

- Connaissance démontrée du contexte de l'Ontario en ce qui a trait à la matière du cours à enseigner.

 - Capacité manifeste d'appliquer les Normes d'exercice de la profession et du Code de déontologie des  enseignantes et enseignants de l'Ontario.

Un niveau d'éducation/d'expérience jugé équivalent pourrait suppléer aux exigences d'éducation et/ou d'expérience requises.
