- Having at least 1 year experience in Application Monitoring tools, Broadcom CA would be great, but experience in any similar tool is also okay.
- Has experience using JMeter in creating a test script.
- Familiar with Middleware Classes like WebSphere, Weblogic, Jboss, .NET, IIS Web Server, IBM Web Server
- Bachelor's Degree

- Lead the efforts in the installation of APM monitoring tool across the South East Asia countries
- Lead the APM Dashboard improvement plan.
- Lead the efforts in the setup of alerts, alert integration to SNOW and fine tuning of alerts.
- Provide APM support and setup of maintenance window.
