Vos responsabilités
Calculer diverses prestations conformément aux règlements et aux lois en vigueur
Analyser et interpréter les règles des régimes de retraite et les lois applicables
Contribuer à la production et la vérification des relevés annuels
Participer à l’analyse et validation des données annuelles et/ou périodiques
Soutenir l’équipe dans la réalisation des différents mandats et projets spéciaux
Accroître la satisfaction de nos clients en écoutant leurs besoins et en répondant à leurs diverses demandes ainsi qu’à celles des participants et des fiduciaires
Proposer des améliorations à nos différents processus
Qualifications recherchées
Baccalauréat en actuariat, mathématiques, ou tout autre formation jugée adéquate
Esprit d’équipe hors du commun
Pensée analytique bien aiguisée et avoir le souci du détail
Sens de l’organisation et de débrouillardise
Aptitudes de communication et de collaboration
Bonne maîtrise du français à l’oral et à l’écrit, être bilingue serait un atout
Bonne connaissance de Microsoft Excel
Your responsibilities
Calculating various benefits in accordance with applicable regulations and laws
Analyzing and interpret pension plan rules and applicable regulations
Contributing to the production and verification of annual statements
Participating in the analysis and validation of annual and/or periodic data
Supporting the team in carrying out various mandates and special projects
Increasing our clients' satisfaction by listening to their needs and responding to their various requests as well as those of the participants and trustees
Suggesting improvements to our various processes
Qualifications required
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science or another relevant field of study
Sharp analytical thinking and attention to details
Dedicated team player who demonstrates initiative and independence
Excellent organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills in French; English would be an asset
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
