Compétences et aptitudes :• Capacité à prioriser et à gérer un volume de travail élevé.• Solides compétences en communication et en négociation.• Excellentes compétences organisationnelles, capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches simultanément et à respecter les échéanciers.• Capacité à recueillir et analyser des données, compiler des informations pertinentes et préparer des rapports.• Solides compétences informatiques, notamment avec les logiciels Microsoft (recherches V, formules, etc.).• Capacité à établir et maintenir des relations durables avec les autres départements et les partenaires d'affaires clés.• Orientation vers l'excellence du service à la clientèle.• Solides compétences analytiques, souci du détail et orientation vers les résultats.• Capacité à travailler de façon autonome tout en excellant dans un environnement d'équipe.• Capacité à communiquer en français et en anglais
Formation et expérience:• DEC ou DEP en comptabilité ou en finance.• Expérience avec de grands détaillants (un atout).• Minimum de deux (2) ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire.

Position Overview:
The Accounts Receivable Analyst reports to the AR/Credit Manager and is an integral part of the back-office Finance team, with responsibilities covering the initiation of the credit review process, collections, dispute and claim management, and account reconciliations.
Duties and Responsibilities:• Follow up on collections and maintain the integrity of the accounts receivable portfolio.• Identify and resolve payment disputes and discrepancies in a timely manner.• Manage a high volume of customer chargebacks and deductions.• Analyze and identify system and process improvements with a strong emphasis on operational excellence.• Interact with internal departments (Sales and Operations) during the validation of deductions.• Onboard new customers.
Attributes and Skills:• Ability to prioritize and manage a high-volume workload.• Strong communication and negotiation skills.• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.• Ability to gather and analyze data, compile relevant information, and prepare reports.• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software (V-lookups, formulas, etc.).• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with other departments and key business partners.• Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.• Strong analytical skills; detail- and results-oriented.• Ability to work autonomously while also excelling in a team environment.• Ability to communicate in both English and French
Education and Experience:• DEC or DEP in Accounting or Finance.• Experience working with major retailers is an asset.• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar role.
Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Pay Range
$45,000-$80,500 CAD
