We are looking for an Analyst, Workforce Management to join Element Fleet Management. As the largest pure-play fleet manager in the world, we provide unmatched products and services and solutions to our clients.

Are You: 

  •  A strong Workforce Analyst with experience in Verint and Microsoft Excel?
  • A strong problem solver who is able to help identify upcoming workforce demands?

As the Analyst, Workforce Management, you will be using available data to identify data gaps and work to close them to improve the ability to plan for workforce demands 30-60-90 days into the future. Use multiple factors such as work type and task complexity to create the best strategies for use of FTE and contract workforce to maintain service level commitments and minimize work backlogs.  This position helps leadership across the business ensure they have the right capacity to meet demand and manage to the expected service levels.

A Day in the Life  

  • Use volume forecasts and productivity analysis to model workforce capacity requirements mainly for back office (non-call center) operations. Compare forecasted to actual results in terms of volume, throughput, and headcount requirements to adjust the model as necessary
  • Assist in the productivity analysis and development of tools for area managers to track productivity of the internal and 3rd-party workforce. Assist the Director in managing day to day tasks with 3rd party workforce leadership in line with the company objectives
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to share resources across teams based on common skill requirements when workload balance shifts between teams or departments
  • Assist manager with projects and other duties as needed

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent business experience
  • 3 – 5 years business experience
  • 3 – 5 years contact center or back-office forecasting and scheduling experience
  • Demonstrated Excel and data analysis background
  • Highly organized and efficient, ability to communicate via multiple channels
  • Strong competency in MS Office Suite – particularly MS Excel and Power Query
  • Familiarity with Verint & Power BI a plus

The hiring base salary range for this position is $76,300 to $104,900 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
