What we are looking for:
We are seeking a detail oriented and analytical professional to support the integration activities related to the Eagle project. The Analyst, Unitholder Recordkeeping will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, identifying discrepancies, and contributing to the overall success of our data migration and process improvement efforts.
Your responsibilities:
Analyze large datasets to identify variances, perform analysis, and propose/implement solutions.
Support data clean up activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with system requirements.
Work within internal databases and systems to extract, manipulate, and validate data for review and integration.
Conduct testing of data solutions, system configurations, and process changes to ensure data quality and integrity.
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for efficiency, automation, and enhanced data control.
Must have requirements to be successful in this role:
A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration and/or related college degree with equivalent work experience required
Strong comfort working with raw data, flat files, and large structured datasets.
Experience with SQL and Oracle; advanced Excel skills, including VBA and macros, are a significant asset.
Demonstrated analytical thinking and a continuous process improvement mindset.
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
Proven ability to work collaboratively within cross functional teams and in a project based environment.
Additional Information:
Fiera Capital adheres to a hybrid working environment with 4 days in-office per week.
The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $78,000. This salary range is for Ontario.
Position Opening Reason : Temporary Position (8 months).
