What you’ll do
This role collaborates with teams across the CCO and COO organizations to support integration forums, in year performance management, and enterprise planning cycles. The Analyst is comfortable working with cloud-based tools and data (e.g., Azure services), and utilization of BI tools such as Power BI. This role is designed for a highly analytical, detail oriented individual contributor who is developing core strategy, planning, and stakeholder management capabilities.
· Enterprise Planning & Integration: Support enterprise retail planning and integration initiatives through analysis, synthesis of insights, and preparation of materials for monthly leadership forums.
· In-Year Performance Reporting: Support development of enterprise performance views across financial, customer, and guardrail metrics, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect inputs, align perspectives, and support enterprise planning activities.
· Roadmaps & Execution Support: Support planning roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables for ERP initiatives.
· Process Improvement: Support documentation, trackers, and ways of working; identify opportunities to improve efficiency through AI automation and standard templates.
· Data & Analytics Support: Support data extraction and validation and contribute to Power BI dashboards and self-serve reporting.
What you bring
· Post-secondary university education in business or a related field
· 1–3 years of experience in strategy, analytics, consulting, finance, or retail planning (co-op/internship experience considered)
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience preparing executive-ready materials
· Experience with BI and visualization tools (Power BI preferred)
· Working knowledge of cloud data platforms and structured datasets (e.g., Azure, SQL concepts) considered an asset
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Comfortable working in ambiguity and proactively taking initiative to drive results
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
