The team works across the business to evolve investment management programs, product solutions, pricing capabilities, and advisor tools that support business performance and better outcomes for clients and advisors.

The Analyst, Solutions Implementation will help turn business priorities into practical analysis, reporting, documentation, project support, and decision-ready materials that advance TD Wealth’s product, platform, pricing, and investment management priorities.

Key Accountabilities

  • Support managed solutions, product and services, and pricing initiatives by coordinating project activities, preparing analysis, documenting requirements, and helping move priorities from concept to implementation.

  • Conduct business analysis across managed platforms, programs, product solutions, pricing models, advisor workflows, operational processes, and client and advisor experience considerations to identify insights, risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.

  • Build and maintain high-quality data analysis, dashboards, reports, and tracking tools to inform business decisions and monitor progress against key priorities.

  • Develop clear presentation decks, briefing materials, and business updates for internal partners, leaders, and client-facing audiences, ensuring complex information is communicated in a simple and practical way.

  • Support the development and maintenance of materials related to managed solutions and pricing, including internal guides, product and platform documentation, advisor and client-facing resources, and governance-related documentation.

  • Partner with product, pricing, technology, operations, portfolio management, practice management, and field enablement teams to gather inputs, coordinate deliverables, clarify open questions, and support aligned execution across stakeholders.

  • Research market, industry, competitive, and internal business developments relevant to managed solutions, investment platforms, pricing, and wealth management practices.

  • Respond to product, platform, pricing, and process-related inquiries from business partners and field stakeholders, escalating complex or sensitive matters as appropriate.

  • Reinforce strong execution discipline, attention to detail, risk awareness, documentation quality, and sound governance practices in all work performed.

  • Contribute to a collaborative, high-standard team culture focused on execution, learning, and continuous improvement.

  • Support evolving business priorities and time-sensitive work as required.

Qualifications / Experience

  • Undergraduate degree in business, finance, economics, commerce, mathematics, data analytics, or a related discipline.

  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in wealth management or financial services, with familiarity with investment products, financial markets, and advisory services.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous business problems, work with data, identify patterns, assess implications, and translate analysis into practical business insights.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency required, including data manipulation, analysis, validation, reconciliation, and structured reporting. Experience with business intelligence, analytics, or workflow automation tools is preferred.

  • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills, with the ability to create clear, polished, and logically structured materials for business, field, and leadership audiences.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information and tailor messages for different stakeholders.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to learn complex topics quickly, manage multiple priorities, follow through on deliverables, and operate effectively in a fast-moving environment.

  • Strong judgment, curiosity, and ownership mindset, with willingness to take initiative, including the ability to identify what needs to be done, identify ambiguity that requires clarity, and move work forward with appropriate guidance.

  • Comfortable working across teams and functions, coordinating inputs from multiple stakeholders, and building trusted working relationships.
