What You’ll Do

 Reporting to the Manager, Paid Social, the Analyst, Paid Social will be responsible for executing paid social campaigns that align to overall business objectives. The Analyst, Paid Social will provide day to day technical and analytical support with key focus on campaign trafficking, reporting and analytics.

 

  • Lead execution of Paid Social campaigns including but not limited to: ad trafficking, campaign set up, audience & creative insights and report generation as required.

  • Facilitate and maintain regular check-ins with internal and external partners to guide and oversee performance, pacing and general campaign management.

  • Troubleshoot campaign delivery and pacing issues in a timely manner

  • Provide recommendations on tactics, audiences, placements and pacing for Paid Social campaigns.

  • Gather and maintain record of all campaign specific documentation – brief, plan, blocking chart, creative and any other related materials.

  • Monitor in-market performance and provide timely optimizations for improving campaign performance.

  • Use Analytics and attribution modeling to assess overall digital journey and holistic campaign performance.

 

What You Bring

  • 3+ years hands-on experience in Social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, Reddit, etc)

  • Strong understanding of Dynamic Ads and Product Catalog requirements.

  • Working knowledge of digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics

  • Understanding of data management platforms, including used cases and benefits.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, notably Microsoft Excel.

  • Excellent customer service and account management skills. 

  • Problem solver with the ability to analyze and prioritize to meet business objectives

Our typical hiring range is between $53,000.00 and $88,000.00 CAD Annual. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
