What you'll do
The Analyst, Measurement Science is an execution-focused analytics role that supports audience creation, customer and category insights development, media measurement, modeling, and visualization initiatives across Triangle Retail Media.
In close partnership with Sales, Accounts, Planning, and Measurement teams, you’ll make data-driven decisions that inform all parts of the campaign lifecycle – from category behavior and sales insights to creation of custom audiences using unique Triangle Rewards purchase data, and post-campaign reporting insights. You will work closely with two or more sales pods, learning the nuances of our retail categories and brands.
Analytics, Reporting & Enablement
Support pre‑campaign measurement by developing and activating audience segments, and conducting exploratory analysis to inform campaign strategy and setup
Support post‑campaign measurement by interpreting model outputs and contextualizing performance indicators to deliver clear, actionable insights on campaign effectiveness
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate model outputs into actionable dashboards and other productionized tools for end-users
How You’ll Work With Others
Partner closely with Media Planners, Sales, Accounts, Media Activation to deliver media insights and reporting
Translate ad-hoc requests (for instance, around customer, category, sales or measurement) into actionable data that proves or disproves hypotheses
Bring a genuine curiosity to your work, always looking for the “why?” and “so what?” of media, retail and customer data
Embed yourself in business processes, to find opportunities to streamline, automate or improve workflows
Data Science & Advanced Analytics
While not the primary focus of the role, you may be asked to assist Data Scientist and Senior team members to develop models, including:
Propensity and lookalike models, churn and engagement prediction, uplift and incrementality modeling, Media attribution (ROAS), audience profiling
Assist with training, evaluating, and deploying models using BigQuery and Vertex AI (or equivalent platforms)
What You Bring
2–5 years of experience in Data Analysis or Marketing Analytics
Media/marketing analytics experience is a strong asset
Experience in a Customer Data Platform (CDP) is an asset
SQL and BigQuery proficiency
Experience building and maintaining BI tools.
Power BI authoring skills, including report optimization and publishing is an asset
Experience scripting in Python for ETL and automation in an asset, but not required
Statistics Knowledge, and Experience in Designing Experiments
Proven ability to generate customer insights and marketing outputs
Familiarity with marketing technology is an asset
Personal accountability for client campaign outcomes
Openness to leveraging technology and AI for automation and efficiency
Positive attitude and solutions-focused mindset.

Our typical hiring range is between $64,000.00 and $106,000.00 per annum. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements. #LI-AG2
