We are looking for a highly motivated Analyst, Finance & Treasury to join our Finance & Treasury team based out of our Head Office in downtown Toronto. In this role, you will report to the Assistant Manager, Finance & Treasury and will be responsible for cash management, forecasting and transactional funding support. You will manage the credit facility program, support the wire payment process and help maintain Oxford’s Treasury Management System. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for:
• The preparation of various forecasts to support liquidity management initiatives across the portfolio;
• Supporting the Assistant Manager in driving strategic Treasury initiatives and cash management
projects globally;
• Assisting with the flow of funds for global real estate transactions, preparing funding packages and
providing Treasury cash desk support for transaction activity;
• Coordinating operational funding and disbursements and managing draws, repayments and rollovers on Oxford’s corporate credit facilities;
• Maintaining Oxford’s treasury management system, Kyriba, with a continual emphasis on leveraging automation to drive operational efficiencies;
• Assisting in the analysis and documentation of the internal control environment, particularly the key risks and adequacy of existing controls while ensuring consistent adherence to all Oxford and Treasury policies;
• Supporting the payments desk to ensure the timely and accurate processing / troubleshooting of all wires and electronic banking transactions for Oxford’s global platform; and
• Assisting regional and international Oxford offices on banking inquiries and completing other ad-hoc projects as they arise.
To succeed in this role, you:
• Have a university degree with a focus in business/finance/accounting; with a preference towards individuals working towards their CPA and/or CTP designations;
• Have 1-3 years of work experience in a Treasury / banking environment, relevant accounting or finance experience is also an asset;
• Have knowledge of Treasury Management Systems and/or online banking platforms with a keen interest in automation. Experience with Kyriba would be considered an asset;
• Strong financial modeling and excel skills are required as this individual will be expected to create various forecasts and reports in support of various cash desk initiatives;
• Experience processing domestic and international wires;
• Possess excellent attention to detail;
• Have strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills and the ability to work within various group settings with contacts at varying levels;
• Have sound logic and reasoning skills, with the ability to analyze an issue and evaluate and present various solutions;
• Can recognize key risks and question existing tasks/methodologies with a view to improving overall processes, generating efficiencies and strengthening the existing control environment; and
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with an ability to manage multiple tasks with varying deadlines

The expected salary range for this position is $62,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year.
