  • Identify and incubate best-in-class external partners to drive delivery on strategic projects

You will play an instrumental part in shaping and prioritizing the features of this solution in daily operations. How you will contribute:

  • Define requirements for analysis in Sales functional area and perform detailed analysis and identify trends defined in the requirements, in Customer and Category Analytics, Operational Sales Analytics, Retail Analytics and Execution, RGM, TPM, and other solutions.
  • Work as a single point of contact within D&A domain for Business and IT Stakeholders to identify and prioritize requirements and drive adoption of D&A products.
  • Identify patterns and help the business react to changing business conditions
  • Lead the team to perform root-cause analysis and interpret data.
  • Work with large amounts of data such as facts, figures, and mathematics/formulas and undertake analytical activities, and delivers analysis outputs in accordance with customer needs and conforming to established standards.
  • Understand and be involved with aspects of the data exploration and analysis process.
  • As an investigator on the data & analytics team, you will apply your knowledge of languages and pull data out of SQL databases, using Tableau/Power BI type tools and producing data visualizations and reporting dashboards.
  • Develop key performance indicators and create visualizations of the data
  • Utilize business intelligence and analytic tools
  • Execute business analytics agenda using a methodical approach
  • Deliver analytical projects


What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

  • 5+ years of work experience in Data Analytics or Data Science required
  • Power BI, Tableau, and GCP (Google Cloud Platform) experience preferred
  • Knowledge of KPIs and scorecards required
  • Leader mindset - ability to make decisions and take accountability.
  • Experience in Product Management - contributing to Product Vision and Roadmap with the focus on consumers, partnering with Stakeholders, ensuring adoption and cost-efficiency.
  • Passion for building high-quality data products, using data to drive business growth and be comfortable working with data in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced setting.
  • Experience in Commercial Business domain, ideally in CPG or FMCG industry.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to facilitate effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement, explaining complex data concepts to non-technical individuals.


What extra ingredients you will bring:

  • Understanding industry-specific external data sources used to measure and track performance (e.g., Nielsen).
  • Understanding of the consumer goods industry or similar industries.
  • Experience with data governance, privacy regulations, and best practices is a plus.
  • Experience working with Jira or ADO is a plus


Education / Certifications:• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field
