What you'll do...

This role may analyze and summarize survey results for policy development and planning. Participation in various compensation-related projects, such as market research, trend monitoring, and performing reporting and analysis, is also required. The role assists with the job evaluation process, including attending intake meetings, tracking status, and administering as necessary.
The position administers various compensation programs, ensuring compliance with established guidelines, processes, and procedures. Conducting orientation training programs on compensation for new recruits and new locations may be part of the responsibilities. Maintaining job codes and pay grids for respective client groups is also essential.
Additionally, this role monitors minimum wage forecasts and administers minimum wage implementations. Building and maintaining networking with relevant partners to gain industry knowledge may be required. Lastly, the role monitors the compensation mailbox and responds to inquiries as needed.

The pay range for this position is $64,700.00 - $88,990.00. Pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
