What you'll be doing
As an Analyst, Client Strategy & Management, you will work with the team to help drive the digital strategy for CIBC Capital Markets. This will entail being abreast of industry best practices, tools and client insights to develop and execute the tactical roadmap to ensure industry leading positioning. This will oversee the end-to-end client experience across digital properties and the growth of brand awareness and equity through marketing activities. This role will work with key stakeholders and requires specialized skills to manage the various deliverables and components of the Client Strategy team’s mandate. This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that provides extensive exposure to the Capital Markets business. We are looking for someone who is passionate about all things related to digital design and experience (publishing, animation, and analytics), with insights on new trends to help enhance CIBC Capital Market’s marketing efforts and the overall client experience.

The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $66,090 to $80,000.
The base salary is determined by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s skills, experience, and job-related knowledge, as well as geographic location and specific business needs. Our compensation philosophy supports ongoing growth and development, enabling progression within the salary range as team members advance in their roles.
In addition to base pay, compensation for this role includes participation in an annual discretionary incentive or bonus program.

How you’ll succeed
Support Digital Marketing Strategy – Assist in executing the digital strategy for the Capital Markets business to drive the evolution of industry leading client experience and marketing strategy. Contribute to the concept, design and oversee the production of various marketing assets. Assist with the design and production of monthly newsletters. Provide support on the design and production of social media posts including design and animation (Canva, video editing, etc.). Contribute to the concept, design and manage the production of various video requirements, including marketing reels and still photography. Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns – email, LinkedIn targeted campaigns, etc. Responsible for managing the website and providing ongoing support of content updates, functional enhancements, and ongoing experience refinements and testing.
Stakeholder Management – Work with various stakeholder groups to ensure CIBC Capital Markets meets regulatory requirements - accessibility requirements, i.e. AODA, ACA, WCAG standards; privacy, etc.
Continuous Improvement – Support ongoing reporting and analytics to assist in developing the insights that will drive actionable change to support growth and enhancements to the client experience. Propose and develop ways to streamline processes in order to increase efficiency and effectiveness of activities.
Who you are
You can demonstrate experience. In digital marketing, marketing strategy, and digital design. Experience with social media and email marketing. Proficiency with digital desktop design and publishing software such as Canva, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to create and edit digital design files. Experience in Banking/Financial sector is an asset.
You have a degree/diploma. In marketing and/or related field.
