As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will deliver reporting and analytics solutions to internal stakeholders in order to facilitate timely and strategic business decision making. Analyze both internal and external data in order to draw meaningful conclusions and insights that aid in organizational strategies and planning. Participate in projects and initiatives surrounding FCT’s Business Intelligence platforms and/or data warehouses/marts as required.

HERE’S HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:

  • Use PowerBI, Excel, and SQL to design and create visual interactive dossiers and ad-hoc queries to support the organization’s customers and business needs.
  • Create standardized templates and documentation around reporting.
  • Conduct information-gathering interviews and obtain feedback from clients.
  • Work closely with other team members to deliver on requirements, risk, and impact assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Communicate insights across the organization.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 5 years of proven experience in an analytical position.
  • Practical knowledge of programming software used for data analysis such as Python, R, and SQL
  • Knowledge of PowerBI, web-based analytics applications, databases.
  • Understanding of relational databases and skills in SQL queries/scripting, etc.


Total Direct Compensation:

83,106 -101,574

Any pay range is in $CAD. The stated pay range reflects the total expected compensation for this role (e.g., base pay plus any expected incentives or allowances, where applicable)
