We are currently looking for a C&I Analyst to join our team in Mississauga Ontario. This role is responsible for managing monthly incentive accruals, updating financial models, analyzing sales trends, and supporting cross-functional teams with data-driven insights to optimize Nissan Canada's incentive strategies.

A Day in the Life: 

  • Month-End Close Support: Assist with the preparation and posting of month-end incentive journal entries and accruals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales Planning and Finance to gather data, analyze variances against plan and forecast, and ensure proper documentation for all spending requests.

  • Incentive Model Management: Maintain and update the Nissan Canada Incentive Model monthly. This includes preparing, analyzing, and reporting on PRM/PDCA/QRM incentives, while ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Contribute to all phases of the budgeting and forecasting process by analyzing trends, validating assumptions, and updating financial models. Engage with various departments to understand market dynamics impacting sales incentives.

  • Decision Support: Assist managers with strategic decision-making by conducting what-if analyses and evaluating the financial impact of new sales incentive programs on cost and volume targets.

  • Fleet Incentive Analysis: Review and analyze incentive structures for fleet deals to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Who We’re Looking for:

Required:

  • A degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics, with progress toward or completion of a professional accounting designation is plus (e.g., CPA).

  • 3–5 years of experience in finance, budgeting, or business planning.

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to communicate financial insights effectively to non-financial stakeholders.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or equivalent spreadsheet tools, with demonstrated financial modeling capabilities.

Desired:

  • Experience with financial systems such as SAP and Hyperion.

  • CPA designation is considered an asset.
