Job Responsibilities:

Technical Program Leadership & Innovation

  • Lead complex AI program initiatives across multiple teams and workstreams
  • Drive technical integration planning and execution across ML components
  • Establish program management best practices for AI project delivery
  • Define and track success metrics for technical programs
  • Coordinate data readiness and model release planning
  • Drive process improvements and standardization

Team & Project Coordination

  • Orchestrate collaboration between ML, platform, and data operations teams
  • Lead Agile ceremonies across multiple scrum teams
  • Manage external vendor and partner relationships
  • Drive alignment on technical priorities and objectives
  • Present program status to leadership
  • Build strong partnerships across teams

Program Execution & Scale

  • Manage program backlogs and cross-team dependencies
  • Ensure technical dependency management and risk mitigation
  • Drive integration efforts between different components
  • Track and communicate program status and risks
  • Monitor and optimize program execution efficiency
  • Coordinate release planning and delivery

Job Requirements:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of technical program management experience
  • Experience managing AI/ML projects and initiatives
  • Strong background in Agile methodologies
  • Track record of delivering complex technical programs

Technical Expertise

  • Understanding of ML development lifecycle and requirements
  • Familiarity with ML infrastructure and operations
  • Knowledge of software development processes
  • Experience with project management tools
  • Understanding of cloud platforms and services
  • Familiarity with data operations and quality requirements

Leadership & Communication

  • Strong program planning and execution skills
  • Excellence in stakeholder management and communication
  • Proven ability to drive technical decisions through influence
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strategic planning and risk management skills
