As an AI Strategist/Engineer reporting to the Director of EA and Solutions Delivery, this role combines strategic leadership with technical expertise to drive our AI initiatives from conceptualization to implementation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our AI strategy while also designing, building, and deploying AI and machine learning solutions that align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.

Formulate a comprehensive AI strategy that supports FCT business goals, fosters innovation, and ensures a competitive edge.

Identify and evaluate opportunities where AI can create business value, enhance efficiency, or improve customer experiences.

Partner with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, data science, and IT, to align AI initiatives with business priorities.

Stay informed about advancements in AI technologies and incorporate relevant innovations into projects.

Develop and manage the AI project roadmap, prioritizing initiatives and ensuring timely delivery of AI solutions.

Champion AI within the organization, educating stakeholders on its potential, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Ensure all AI applications adhere to ethical guidelines, focusing on fairness, transparency, and privacy.

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to address complex business challenges.

Preprocess and analyze large datasets to derive insights and prepare data for model training.

Train machine learning models, evaluate their performance, and optimize for accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.

Seamlessly integrate AI models into existing systems or new applications, ensuring robust deployment and operation.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of AI processes and conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure reliability.

Provide ongoing support for deployed AI solutions, troubleshooting issues and implementing updates as necessary.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Business, Engineering or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.

Demonstrated experience in both AI strategy formulation and hands-on AI/ML model, Gen AI development.

Expertise in programming languages (e.g., Python, R), machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), LLMs, = and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).

Strong ability to translate AI concepts into actionable business strategies and communicate them effectively to diverse audiences.

Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale AI projects.

Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on developing innovative and practical AI solutions.
