AI Expertise: Demonstrated experience shipping AI features or working closely with AI/ML teams, particularly in predictive analytics or risk assessment
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction workflows, risk factors, and cost management or willingness to learn
Scheduling Knowledge (bonus points): Understanding of construction scheduling methodologies (e.g., Critical Path Method, Last Planner System)
