This is a remote position.

We are seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of AI-powered products and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI frameworks, AWS AI services, and Agile product management. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and customers to define product vision, prioritize features, and deliver scalable AI solutions that drive business value.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or AI Product Management.
  • Strong experience with Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Hands-on knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI.
  • Proficiency in Python.
  • Experience with AWS AI services, including Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, and API Gateway.
  • Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering and prompt management.
  • Experience with Vector Databases (e.g., FAISS, PGVector, ChromaDB) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • Knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, and DynamoDB.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum, including backlog management, sprint planning, and writing user stories.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Understanding of AI governance, model risk management, AI guardrails, and responsible AI practices.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
