KEY OBJECTIVE:

Reporting to the AVP, AI Product Owner, the AI Product Analyst plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of P&C insurance through innovative, AI-driven digital solutions. By leveraging their deep understanding of P&C underwriting, they enhance our product offerings across all regions. This role offers a unique opportunity for experienced P&C insurance professionals to deepen their underwriting acumen by developing cutting-edge digital solutions that transform underwriting workflows.  

                       

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:    

  • Contribute to integration efforts to ensure standardized and seamless end-to-end product integration across Chubb systems

  • Lead product quality assurance activities by evaluating data, integration, and product outcomes, identifying discrepancies, and driving timely resolution to ensure expected results are consistently achieved.

  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Business SMEs to identify opportunities for improvement and design optimized underwriting workflows. 

  • Utilize underwriting expertise to present informed proposals and solutions that align with target workflows and business objectives. 

  • Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements that align with the product vision and roadmap. 

  • Coordinate with business users to finalize and approve business requirements, while effectively managing and prioritizing changes based on evolving business needs.     

  • Contribute to the entire project lifecycle, from inception through user acceptance and deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Partner with business users to guarantee that developed solutions meet their requirements and drive value.       

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience in P&C insurance (underwriting preferred). 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.

  • Certification from the Insurance Institute of Canada (CIP) or equivalent (such as CPCU) is preferred.

  • Ability to work with cross-functional global and local teams for various projects across varying time zones, as required.

  • Ability to deliver efficient and creative solutions in a fast-paced environment with limited resources and minimal supervision.

  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
