The Role 

As a AI Automation Engineer, you’ll design and implement the internal systems that power Pontosense’s next stage of growth. You will work directly with the CEO and executive team to bring AI into every layer of the organization. 

You will move across departments to identify where AI and automation can create leverage, then design and deploy systems that increase speed, clarity, and execution across the company. 

If something is manual, fragmented, or slowing momentum, you won’t accept it. You will rethink it and build the better version. You will be measured by outcomes, not activity. 

This is a high-accountability role for someone early in their career with a track record of excellence who wants real responsibility, visible impact, and the opportunity to operate at a high level alongside senior leadership. 

What You’ll Do 

• Design and deploy AI agents and automation tools that eliminate manual work across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and beyond 

• Identify high-friction workflows and rebuild them using intelligent systems 

• Develop internal tools that increase speed, visibility, and execution across teams 

• Improve how information flows across the organization by structuring data and decision-making systems 

• Prototype, test, and iterate on AI-powered solutions that strengthen how we scale 

• Partner with leadership to translate business challenges into technical systems 

• Continuously evaluate where AI can create leverage and implement it
