ABOUT THE ROLE

As an AI Adoption Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in helping law firms unlock the full potential of LEAP’s AI-powered solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, you will guide clients throughout their journey—from onboarding and training to long-term adoption and success. You will work closely with legal professionals to understand their workflows, drive meaningful engagement with our AI capabilities, and ensure they realize measurable value from the platform.

This role combines customer success, training, relationship management, and product advocacy. You will collaborate across teams to share client insights, influence product development, and continuously enhance the customer experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Act as a key point of contact for law firms adopting LEAP’s AI solutions, guiding them from initial onboarding through to long-term success and meaningful usage.
  • Engage with legal professionals to understand their needs, challenges, and expectations around AI.
  • Lead training sessions and hands-on enablement to ensure firms are confident in using our AI tools, helping them integrate these capabilities into their day-to-day workflows.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to refine training materials, onboarding processes, and adoption strategies as our AI offerings evolve.
  • Drive adoption by identifying opportunities to deepen usage, introducing new features, and supporting firms in getting the most value from LEAP’s AI capabilities.
  • Stay informed on AI advancements, particularly in legal tech, to identify trends and assess opportunities.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients by understanding their needs, workflows, and challenges while positioning yourself as a go-to advisor on how to best leverage our technology.
  • Gather and translate client feedback into clear, actionable insights, working closely with Product, Development, and other internal teams to inform ongoing enhancements and innovation.
  • Monitor engagement and usage trends to proactively identify risks or opportunities, ensuring clients remain successful and continue to see value in the platform.
  • Support growth initiatives by uncovering opportunities to expand usage of LEAP’s solutions across firms and practice areas.
  • This role requires in-person (on-site) client visits.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years in a client-facing role within a B2B SaaS environment whether in customer success, training, consulting, or a similar function.
  • A strong understanding of AI technologies and their application within the legal sector.
  • Proven ability to drive product adoption and deliver engaging training or enablement programs that lead to measurable outcomes.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging both senior stakeholders and day-to-day users.
  • A natural ability to build relationships and earn trust, paired with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Comfort navigating complex products and translating technical concepts into clear, practical guidance for clients.
  • A feedback-driven mindset where you actively listen to clients and know how to channel insights back to internal teams to influence product direction.
  • Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • A collaborative approach and enthusiasm for working closely with internal teams to continuously improve the client experience.

  • Competitive compensation with a base salary plus bonus structure. The base salary band for this role ranges from $80,000 CAD to $105,000 CAD annually. Salary will be based on level of experience.
