Enbridge is hiring an Advisor, Sourcing Services, within our Supply Chain organization. This position will focus on sourcing and procurement needs for services which include, but is not limited to; sourcing strategy development, supplier sourcing (RFx), commercial and contract negotiations spend analysis and supplier management.

What you will do:
- Complete the sourcing and evaluation process including bid or proposal solicitation (RFI, RFQ, RFP) and development.
- Ensure Supply Chain and other related policies are followed to mitigate or lower risk with service suppliers.
- Analyze and interpret internal/external market data from multiple sources to support informed decision making.
- Create custom contracts including all key negotiated concepts, terms and conditions.
- Facilitate sourcing strategy, supplier award, and contract approvals up through executive levels as required.
- Ensure document retention/storage of final contract and sourcing documents.
- Develop and maintain required reports utilizing Microsoft Excel and Power BI dashboards.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Who you are:
- University degree with a minimum 4 or more years of directly related experience. For candidates who do not possess a university degree, an additional 3-years of related experience is required.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills required including presentation skills.
- Advanced computer skills required including Excel and Power BI
- Advanced mathematical and analytical acumen.
- Experience and proficiency in using SAP and Oracle.
Working Conditions:
- Primarily office based with some travel for supplier or stakeholder meetings within Canada and Unites States.
