We're looking for an enthusiastic Advertising Monetization (AdMon) Intern to join our team for Summer 2026! You’ll be deeply involved in the daily operations of our mobile ad inventory, ensuring every campaign is performing optimally. This is a brilliant opportunity to connect with a fast-paced, data-driven team and start your career in mobile gaming where your work directly crafts joy for millions of players.

This is a paid 6-month internship, with a preferred start in May 2026. Please note that relocation or visa support is not provided for internship roles. The team is located in our HQ in Espoo, Finland and works in a hybrid mode with 2 days onsite at the office.

You will have impact and fun at work by:

  • You’ll collaborate with our partners and internal teams to set up, monitor, and optimize advertising deals, ensuring we achieve the best performance and feel for our players.
  • You'll dive into large datasets, using our internal tools to monitor key metrics like eCPM and ARPDAU.
  • You're responsible for reporting of your findings, helping us identify positive trends and track performance fluctuations across our advertising network.
  • Get creative! You’ll conceptualize and develop simple mock-ups for exciting new ad placement ideas and presentations
  • Act as a supportive connector between the AdMon team, our awesome Game Teams, and Engineering partners, helping everyone work together to achieve our goals.

Experience and skills we are looking for:

  • You’re currently studying or have recently graduated with a degree in a quantitative field (like Business Administration, Data Science, or Economics).
  • You feel enthusiastic about data. You’re comfortable with large datasets and find it easy to use tools like SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, or BI software (Tableau, Looker) to find key insights.
  • You have a creative mindset and the skills to easily create simple mock-ups
  • You trust your excellent communication and presentation skills in English to connect with people, both in writing and verbally.
  • You’re highly organized, wonderfully supportive of your team, and easily manage multiple tasks, even when things are moving fast.

It would be nice if you also have the following:

  • You have a basic understanding of the mobile app ecosystem or how ad technology (like ad networks or mediation platforms) works.

If you're excited about this opportunity, please submit your application (in English) through our job portal no later than 15 March, 2026. We're reviewing applications as they come in, so don't wait—apply now and take the first step toward joining our team at Rovio! We look forward to speaking to you!

We welcome applicants to use the name they want to be addressed by in the application form, regardless of whether it is their legal name.
