What we're looking for
- Demonstrated experience or strong interest in advancing a career within public accounting.
- Ability to work a consistent weekly schedule and be onsite at the San Francisco, CA office during standard business hours (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM), with flexibility as needed.
- Strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
You can expect to
- Prepare and assemble tax returns using information provided by clients.
- Assist the Tax Department with day-to-day tasks such as word processing, scanning, data entry, copying, report assembly, and other administrative support as needed.
- Help with the processing of tax returns following BPM procedures, including updating client status and due date information, running reports, and preparing returns for delivery.
- Complete additional tasks assigned by the team to support smooth department operations.
Additional notes about this role
- This is a full-time role beginning in January 2025 and concluding on Wednesday, April 15, 2026.
- This is an onsite position and requires working in the office to complete assigned tasks.
- Most team members in this role will work approximately 40 hours per week.
- The pay range for this position is $18–$25 per hour, depending on experience.
