We are looking for a highly organized and proactive KAM Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to Key Account Managers (KAMs) and their account teams. This role supports day-to-day coordination, customer-related activities, and ensures smooth execution of administrative processes.
What you will do
- Provide administrative support to KAMs and account teams.
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Manage documentation in EriDoc, SharePoint, and shared drives.
- Support preparation of presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
- Handle local administrative tasks such as Purchase Orders (POs), expense reporting, and vendor coordination.
- Support and improve administrative tools and processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations in Mexico.
The skills you will bring
- Experience in an administrative or support role (sales or account support is a plus).
- Strong planning, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with POs, expenses, and administrative processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- Intermediate English and fluent Spanish.
