Responsibilities:
- Review all mutual fund trades for suitability and completeness
- Ensure trades meet the PFSL guideline and are compliant with both PFSL compliance and Securities regulations
- Responsible for forwarding all the deficient trades to appropriate staff for resolution
- Responsible for keying KYCs and other documents in the system
- Compile Operations daily statistic reports
- Other miscellaneous duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Post secondary education or equivalent knowledge through working experience
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Thoroughness and accuracy are vital
- Highly organized, detail oriented and conscience in a time sensitive environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft office programs mainly excel
