Role Overview:

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team with day-to-day administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate will contribute to the smooth operation of our office and support various departments as needed.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to management and staff
  • Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and manage incoming correspondence
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for stakeholders
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as required by any board members
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
  • Order and manage office supplies and inventory
  • Support onboarding of new employees (Placing order of joining kit with vendors and follow up)
  • Assist with internal communications and event coordination help in finalizing vendors, Quotes and negotiations
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned (Booking of flights, accommodation any other administrative work) for employees across the company as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Required 2 to 4 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant reporting directly to senior management
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
  • Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
  • Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
