Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000

We are looking for an energetic, detailed and organized individual to join one of our largest advisor teams, The LePoidevin Group, in Toronto.  Led by David LePoidevin, our high performing team was awarded the Wealth Professionals 2025 Advisory Team of the Year. The successful candidate’s role will support the team in establishing and maintaining strong client relationships. Our ideal candidate is looking for a career and to flourish within a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Working directly with a team where the focus is on client relationships and building a sustainable wealth management business.

  • Assist Investment Advisor with processing and confirming client transactions.

  • Maintain account lists and compile statistical information and reports.

  • Process and follow-up on client documentation for proper maintenance of accounts.

  • Assist with servicing existing clients.

  • Involvement in developing the wealth business using various marketing initiatives.

  • Perform additional administrative duties as required.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Completion of CSC, CPH and licensed with CIRO preferred.

  • 2+ years of client service related experience, with a well-rounded knowledge of the securities industry.

  • An interest in Financial Planning would be beneficial.

  • Knowledge of Dataphile and Salesforce is an asset.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Intermediate computer skills: good working knowledge of MS Office programs.

  • Excellent organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, take initiatives and multi-task.

  • Ability to work independently, and effectively with employees and clients at all levels.
