Overview: We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, experienced individual join our team as an Administrative Assistant to support of sales team and management group. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, excel in providing outstanding administrative support, we encourage you to submit your resume.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support to sales team and management group
  • Updating and maintaining CRM system
  • Various project support and maintenance
  • General office administration duties
  • Shared reception duty

The successful candidates must possess the following Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills complemented by tact and diplomacy
  • Must be fluent in English both written and oral communication
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Problem solving ability to resolve the day-to-day situations as they arise
  • Advanced Computer Skills, i.e. Word, Excel, and MS Outlook, CRM
  • Advanced knowledge of Sharepoint
  • Self-motivated with an ability to work independently in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment
  • Proven ability to effectively prioritize work flow and work independantly
  • Ability to exercise good judgment, show initiative and be proactive
  • Motivated team player with a demonstrated passion for exceptional customer service,
  • Responsive to time-sensitive deadlines.
