This position is ideal for recent graduates. 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our Human Resources team. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support across all areas of HR and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

This is an 18-months full-time contract position.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing documents and maintaining HR files.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
  • Update and maintain reports and databases
  • Provide support for various Company events, HR programs, processes and initiatives
  • Assist with full-cycle recruitment
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Must Haves:

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • High level of confidentiality and integrity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Location: Burlington, Ontario (in-office position)
Hours: 8:30 am to 5:00pm
Vacancy: This is new position. 
Salary Range: $40K CAD - $45K CAD
