As an Admin & Payroll Specialist you’ll be responsible for performing, as a skilled HRS Administration & Payroll Specialist, a number of tasks in a professional way. Determines, based upon own understanding/technical knowledge, how best to approach the task and how to solve abnormalities. Analyses abnormalities that occur within own working area and reasons based upon technical knowledge, where the cause lies and remedies it. Completes work with a limited degree of supervision.

What you’ll do

Identifies key issues and patterns from partial conflicting data.

Finds solutions on the basis of theoretical insights of Administration & Payroll and experience for deviating situations.

Works autonomously within established procedures and practices.

Drafts limited Administration & Payroll improvement projects within a unit.

Introduces new supporting Administration & Payroll process activities.
Your qualifications
-
1+ years of related experience within Payroll Administration and/or HR Operations/Administration
-
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, in English. Bi-lingual French a plus

Able to operate in a changing environment

Successful at managing competing priorities

Team player, but also capable of working independently

Knowledge of HRIS systems a plus (SAP, Kronos, Workday, ADP GlobalView)
