About the Role.

As an Accounting & Administrative Support professional, you will be a key team member providing critical support in accounting, office administration, and day-to-day business operations. What You'll Do

  • Serve as the front office receptionist, greeting visitors and handling incoming calls.
  • Manage administrative duties including filing, ordering supplies, scheduling meetings, and photocopying.
  • Process Accounts Payable transactions such as generating checks, data entry, filing backups, and mailing payments.
  • Handle Accounts Receivable by posting payments and making necessary adjustments.
  • Conduct monthly bank reconciliations for multiple Canadian and US bank accounts.
  • Process invoices for payment in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide additional accounting and administrative support as assigned.

  • Experience: At least 1 year of office administration and/or accounting experience.
  • Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy and speed.
  • Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication abilities.
  • Professionalism: Tact and diplomacy when working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to obtain and analyze information effectively.

Compensation Package : $42,300.00 - $56,500.00 CAD annually
The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education/training, and other organizational needs.
